Stainless steel pots make up majority of stainless steel kitchenware, accounting for approximately 50%. Kitchenware made with stainless steel are smooth, clean, do not become moldy easily, are not afraid of scratches, and can be cleaned easily. These items include stainless steel knives, pots, and tableware.
More and more tableware is replaced by stainless steel, each country has its own tableware processing factory, our stainless steel materials are purchased by these processing factories to make different kitchen utensils and sell them locally.
Family-use stainless steel can be divided into 430, 304 (18-8), and 18-10. These stainless steel types have superior metal performance, resist corrosion, and are durable and beautiful when made into containers.
Stainless steel storage tanks are storage containers made out of stainless steel. Compared to ordinary rolled plastic storage cans, stainless steel storage tanks can withstand higher pressure, and are widely used in high pressure fields. Furthermore, stainless steel storage tanks have an obvious characteristic; these tanks can be sealed, completely eliminate intrusion of hazardous substances in the air, and ensure that the liquid stored in the tank is not contaminated by the external environment.
We manufacture vessels used in industries such as brewing, pharmaceutical, chemical and food, so our stock range will suit most customer requirements. Different types of storage vessels:-
Bulk storage vessels (stainless steel / mild steel)
Fermentation vessels
Bright beer tanks
Cellar tanks
Brew houses
Mixing vessels
Powder silos
Process vessels
Micro breweries
Horizontal vessels
Stainless steel storage tanks do not need to be cleaned often. Sediments can be eliminated by periodically opening the discharge valve at the bottom of the tank. This equipment can be used once every three years to clean water pollutants. Electrical water sprayers significantly reduce cleaning costs and completely prevent contaminants from human germs.
For application within the home appliances industry, the advantages of stainless steel are corrosion and rust resistance, sanitization, aesthetics, and an attractive white sheen. Stainless steel is primarily used in cylinder type washing machines and other large home appliances, soy milk machines and other small home appliances, microwaves and other kitchen electronics.

Stainless steel has been widely applied to white home appliances because of its good weld-ability, rollform-ability, low-temperature toughness, and corrosion and oxidation resistance. This large potential market is also an important downstream application for stainless steel.
Stainless steel can be 100% recycled and not have its utilization cycle reduced. Thus, it can be recycled without limit to produce additional stainless steel. Stainless steel does not have any metal loss during the use period, and does not require using new material for replacement. Therefore, its negative influence on the environment as a result of metal deterioration can be minimized. Because of stainless steel’s high residual value, 80% of stainless steel is separated from trash and recycled into new stainless steel.
In the construction industry, the applications are endless for the use of stainless steel band and buckle. Some of the most common uses are cable / pipe bundling; securing air ducts; air conditioner tie downs; underground cable bundling; suspension bridge cable bundling; solar panel, power box, camera fastener, roadway signs and more. Using the proper tools to tighten and cut the band such as the T001 Cool Tool for band less than .030 or the T402 for bands more than .030 makes the installation very easy. To cut band, use the T545 for band less than .030 and the T550 to cut heavy duty band.
Because of its corrosion resistance, fire resistance, aesthetics, and mechanical performance characteristics, stainless steel is very suitable for the construction industry. Some examples of building structure application include bridge/tunnel construction, elevator/stair handles, fixing facilities around swimming pools, elevator doors or panels, street lights, outdoor art sculptures, and water transport pipes. Stainless steel with a surface treatment, coloring, and plating can solve handprint problems after being touched, which expands the applications of stainless steel in buildings even further.
